experience the benefits of yoga without leaving the office. tranquil space offers on-site yoga classes for students of all experience levels. program requirements are simple: an open space, such as conference rooms, employee lounges or multi-purpose rooms, a willingness to relax, have fun, and discover the joy of yoga! classes are offered in 8-class sessions and may be scheduled anytime from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and vary in length from 45 to 75 minutes.
