Baby + Me: 2 weeks to 6 months
Baby + Me yoga class is open to women in all stages of postpartum, dads, relatives and caregivers. The teacher, Carol Collins will guide you through vinyasa yoga to help you reconnect with your body. We combine baby yoga and massage with yoga for you! The community of caregivers in this class will nurture you emotionally as you care for your infant. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents, strengthen your core muscles, and play with your baby at the same time. Classes are for babies not yet crawling. You are free to drop-in class by class or purchase a class pass which can be used for any of our group adult classes. Contact email@example.com with any questions! Series: Me + Baby Too (crawlers)
Come in for yoga for you while sharing the practice with your tot. In this class we will incorporate movement for your crawler to 15mo old along with a vinyasa flow for you. We will sing rhymes and songs while also doing a practice to help you, as your child’s caregiver, get the movement and community you are seeking. This is a perfect continuation of Baby + Me yoga for your mobile little one and will run in four (4) week sessions. Space will be limited to 12 adult yogis, minimum of six adult yogis for the series to occur. $80 for the four week series or drop in for $20.
