Experience how yoga can support and empower you during your journey through pregnancy and towards parenthood with certified prenatal yoga teacher and former midwife Anne Thiel, and Tranquil Space teachers Carol Collins, Elizabeth Berendt, and Christina Tindale. The practice of gentle vinyasa yoga coupled with breath work and meditation designed for expectant women will help you adjust to the changes of pregnancy; it will also help you prepare yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth and labor and for your life as a parent. Our classes offer a space where you gain strength and flexibility, develop confidence and intuitive powers, and enhance your ability to relax. Please consult your physician or midwife prior to class participation. Please see our online class schedule for information about days and times for our prenatal classes. Partners are welcome.
