training intensive. the training is designed
for students interested in teaching beginning
to intermediate students, exploring vinyasa
yoga or simply deepening their own practice.
our level 1 is an introductory yoga teacher
training that is a prerequisite for our
200-hour
yoga alliance approved level
2 certification.
this introductory
intensive will provide you with a strong
foundation to practice, observe, and teach
the following:
- warm-up vinyasa
- sun salutations; step
backs & surya namaskar A, B
- basic standing poses
- basic balancing poses
- simple backbends
- hip openers
- forward bends
- basic twists
- shoulderstand and plow
- shavasana
this training also

a class
- how to use voice, languaging,
hands-on assisting
- introductory reading

assisting among the group
