anne-prenatalWe are delighted to offer a prenatal and postnatal teacher training with Anne Thiel and Carol Collins. These training sessions are an ideal continuation for students who have attended Tranquil Space’s Level 1 or Level 2 training, but are also open to those with no prior teaching experience. We will cover important background knowledge about the pre- and postnatal body,  discuss the concepts of pre- and postnatal yoga and teaching philosophies, create a sample practice and practice teaching to each other.
