this prenatal partner session is designed for you and your partner. learn how yoga may be useful during pregnancy, labor and delivery. together you will practice breathing techniques, yoga poses for relieving discomfort during pregnancy, yoga poses for focusing and moving during labor. partners will receive advice on practical ways in which you can be there for your laboring partner. carol or anne.

   baby and me yoga (0-6 months): this baby and me yoga class is open to women in all stages of post-pregnancy. the teacher, carol collins, is a mom herself. she will guide you through vinyasa yoga to help you reconnect with your body. the community of moms in this class will nurture you emotionally during your journey as a new mother. this is a great opportunity to meet other moms, strengthen your core muscles, and play with your baby at the same time! classes are for babies not yet crawling. have questions? visit our pre- & post-natal faq or contact carol@tranquilspace.com with any additional questions! click here to sign up.
