Tranquil Space Yoga

brand new to yoga? we encourage you to consider taking a:

a 2-hour workshop for introducing the basics of vinyasa yoga. explore alignment and breathing along with basic poses and relaxation techniques. geared for the brand new beginner or those curious about yoga. please bring your own mat if you have one, a water bottle, hand towel and any questions you have. all attendees will receive one free week of yoga immediately following the workshop! come experience all yoga has to offer and find your tranquil space within.
