tranquil space offers
a 4-week series of yoga classes designed especially
for complete beginners. the newbie series is an excellent,
structured way of getting to know the basics of vinyasa
flow yoga. relaxation
we will take you through the fundamentals of alignment
and breathing, the sun salute and standing poses while
building on and incorporating these elements into
a class flow. you will also learn and practice basic
stretches, balancing poses, strengthening exercises
and relaxation techniques. lots of time has been allotted
for questions and answers, & one-on-one assistance.
the series overall is designed to allow you to learn
about yoga and its benefits over time, deepening your
knowledge and range of movement.
awaken your
body
you can begin to experience for yourself some of the
benefits that can arise from practicing yoga such
as increased flexibility, strength, cardiovascular
and digestive health, as well as a sense of well-being
and relaxed awareness.

class sizes are limited so that you will receive lots
of personal attention and can gain the skills and
confidence to move into level 1 yoga at tranquil space.
