tranquil space is a dc based yoga studio, spa and boutique named one of the top 25 yoga studios in the world by travel + leisure magazine. this is a socially conscious, values-based, and community- focused business that started in founder kimberly wilsons living room in 1999. it has since expanded into a a vinyasa yoga playground located in dupont circle with sister studios in bethesda, maryland and arlington, virginia. our emphasis is on encouraging the growth of one's potential, enjoying the sacred in every day, and living our studio values: initiative, passion, community, creativity, and compassion.

tranquil space has immediate openings for work-study studio assistant positions at the dupont circle/17th st. studio on fridays from 11:45am-1:45pm (or 11am-2pm with the option of taking the noon class). studio assistants earn free classes and receive other great discounts as a member of the tranquil space team. if you are interested, please email your resume and cover letter.
