Renew and relax at the end of your day. We will move through a short slow flow yoga to get kinks out of the body, followed by a very restful yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) involves relaxing in savasana with blanket support as the teacher leads you through guided relaxation and visualization. Yoga nidra is excellent in reducing stress, blood pressure, and setting positive intention. We’ll practice energy (or chakra) clearing visualization to refresh our systems. It is a perfect antidote to the pace of our stressful lives!
