Join Nicole, a holistic health coach, yoga instructor, and lifelong wellness junkie to explore “life hacks” for common health concerns. This workshop will draw from the wisdom of herbal medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and more to offer life hacks for balance and better health.

For example, did you know that bee pollen is the most complete food found in nature, or that in Chinese Medicine, a feeling of stuckness can be the result of weak liver qi (energy), or that in the summer, at the height of pitta season, we can integrate cooling practices to remain balanced (increased heat, inflammation, and perfectionism are signs of aggravated pitta energy)?

We will specifically focus on sleep, stress, nutrition, and sports injuries, and will blend practice with education.
