Pregnant moms, Moms with babies and Moms with toddlers. Come alone on your in June or bring your babies/toddlers with you on Thursdays in June.

Session One: Restore your Core with Carol Collins, ERYT-500 

Let’s talk about regaining your “core” again and the dos and don’ts in your yoga and fitness classes. There will be handouts and time to practice. For women at least 6 weeks postpartum only. Come with your baby or toddler or come alone. (If you come with your baby/toddler please e-mail so that we can have volunteers to help.)

Session Two: Pelvic Floor Recovery with Body Connect Physical Therapists

This Q&A session is designed for pregnant moms, moms with babies or just postpartum mom will deal with questions like when to seek therapy for postpartum conditions, scar tissue, pelvic pain and abdominal strength during the postpartum period. Feel free to bring your baby/child.

Session Three: Psychological Wellness with Emma Basch, Clinical Psychologist

For moms who are pregnant, postpartum, back to work or at home with the baby, a lecture/discussion on maintaining mental health wellness before and after having your little one. Feel free to bring your baby/child.

Cost:  $75 for the entire series; each session is $30.
