This 3-week series will provide students the opportunity to build into two or three “peak” poses in a small group format. The poses will be chosen by the group, and usually include one inversion and another challenging pose, such as an arm balance. Students build to the poses from where they are in their current yoga practice, receiving individual attention and assistance based on their needs. Experience is not required. Class size is limited to 4.
