Our story
Tranquil Space is a DC and VA based yoga studio, spa and boutique named one of the top 25 yoga studios in the world by Travel + Leisure magazine. This is a socially conscious, values-based, and community- focused business that started in founder Kimberly Wilson's living room in 1999. It has since expanded into a a vinyasa yoga playground located in Dupont Circle with sister studio in Arlington, Virginia. Our emphasis is on encouraging the growth of one's potential, enjoying the sacred in every day, and living our studio values: initiative, passion, community, creativity, and compassion.
